What is the best thing about living here?
The best thing about living in Young is the people. Everyone is very welcoming and polite.
If you could change anything about your town what would it be?
Have more parking areas around the main street. Including more disabled parking.
Why did you enter the Cherry Queen competition?
Because i love working with the community and getting to know new people.
What is your favourite part of the Cherry Festival?
The Street Parade. The community and visitors get to see what businesses and people in Young have to offer.
Where do you hope to be in 10 years time?
I hope to have expanded my salon and employ more staff. I would also like to do more work with the elderly.
